We work closely with our clients to ensure every detail is considered, delivering not just a structure, but a masterpiece of modern construction.

Our Process

Project Initiation

Initial Enquiry & Questionnaire

A project questionnaire will be sent out once we receive your enquiry to get to know you are your project a little more. A further initial phone call with a member of the team may be followed up to ensure we understand the full scope of the project.


We will require information such as, any plans you may or may not have, and certifications you may or may not have and whether you have engaged any other professionals such as architects or interior designers

Design Consultation

Here we will discuss the scope of works, the desired styles and finishes, leading us to the all important discussions on budget. We can assist in the design phase if no other design professionals have been engaged and give guidance to any other professionals we recommend for your specific project.


At this stage we will establish project timelines, if there are any, that require to be met and begin the process toward design concept plans for your project.

Design & Planning

Ongoing Design & Planning Reviews

Once concept plans have been produced we can engage in a Preliminary Agreement where a small fee will be charged to provide an in-depth quote. Depending on the project, site surveys, soil tests, engineering etc costs may need to be covered in the preliminary agreement along with any further design fees including getting your plans from concept designs to architectural working drawings, energy efficiency reports and council approvals.

Tender Proposal

The tender will provide you with a comprehensive cost breakdown for your project. This will include costings for all selections, trades and an estimated construction timeframe/schedule. We will work through this document with you, thoroughly explaining costs incurred at each stage and answering any questions you might have concerning these. We will discuss the prime costs and preliminary sums if there are any for the project and explain to process of variations that are a possibility during the building process. Here we seek the signing of your Contract and we can submit it to the council where applicable and move to the construction stage.

Construction & Completion

Under Construction

Now the part where designs on paper become a reality! You will gain access to our client portal and be able to monitor the project in real-time. You can directly communicate with administration and on-site supervisors and vice versa. Progress photos can be made available if you are not on-site and provide you a hub for up-to-date information on your project. Regular site meetings can be conducted if you are in the area and regular progress updates will be provided.

Handover & Post-Construction

A comprehensive Handover Document will be provided upon completion which will include product warranties, maintenance manuals, service/cleaning documents & other user manuals, Our relationship does not end once the keys are handed back! We touch base 3 months post-construction for a quality assurance check and answer any questions that may have arisen. We ensure we see the project through.
